CM Punjab takes notice of mismanagement in PEC Class-V exams
LAHORE February 25 ; Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the mismanagement in Class-V examination and have ordered an immediate investigation of the matter.
According to sources, the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) could not deliver Class-V English question paper to examination centers in various districts of Punjab today.
English paper was to be held on Tuesday but was postponed until Wednesday (today) due to untimely printing and non-availability of papers to the examination centers however; negligence of the PEC resulted in delay of the examination schedule as it delivered another question paper instead of English in various districts including Lahore.
Moreover, the examination staff also refused to take the exam as correct paper was not given to them whereas the students were awestricken as they were forced to go home without appearing for the paper.
Earlier, PEC delivered General Science paper instead of Mathematics changing altogether the date-sheet.
