PTI Imran Khan Announces to End sit-in in view of Peshawar Tragedy
Islamabad, Dec 17 (Online): Chairman PTI Imran Khan has announced to wind up his party’s sit-in at D-Chowk in Islamabad.
Addressing his party workers at the venue of sit-in tonight, he said the decision has been taken in view of the Peshawar tragedy.
He said the country needs unity at the moment to fight out the menace of terror and therefore, his party would not do opposition for the sake of the country.
Imran Khan said his party would participate in the Committee announced by the Prime Minister in Peshawar today to formulate National Plan of Action against terrorism and contribute to the plan.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has welcomed announcement of Imran Khan for end of his sit-in at D-Chowk in Islamabad.
